Coolican is operated by Ellalabs, based in South Africa. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe. We handle your information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email address and the details you add to your brand, business page and catalog. We also collect basic usage data so we can keep the service running and improve it.
How we use it
We use your information to provide your account, publish the business pages you choose to make public, process payments for paid plans, and contact you about your account. We do not sell your personal information.
What you make public
Anything you publish on a business page or catalog is visible to others by design. Keep private information out of public fields.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your personal information at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us. You can also ask us to stop using your information for a particular purpose.
