These terms apply when you use Coolican, a service operated by Ellalabs in South Africa. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure. You must be allowed to represent any business you add to Coolican.
Your content
You keep ownership of the brands, pages, products and other content you create. By publishing it on Coolican you allow us to host and display it as part of the service. You are responsible for making sure your content is accurate and lawful.
Plans and payments
Coolican is free to start. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly and renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. When you use Coolican Pay, a fee of 3.9% + R1 is deducted per successful sale. This covers card processing and the payment tools, and is the same on every plan. Payments made with an international card cost slightly more to process, and that difference is deducted as well.
Acceptable use
Do not use Coolican for anything unlawful, misleading, or harmful to others, and do not attempt to disrupt or abuse the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as Coolican grows. We will let you know about important changes, and continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
